A new modish smartphone is going to hit the market next year. The company LG, according to an Investor, will launch its next G series smartphone LG G7 in January 2018.
Performance and OS
The LG G6 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, built on a 14 nm process technology (64-bit, Kryo architecture, 2x at 2.34 GHz and 2x at 2 GHz). Above the graphics, in the games, the accelerator Adreno 530 is working. While more and more current flagships get Snapdragon 835, G6 has an “old” processor installed. With his tasks, he copes perfectly; the games go on and on the maximum settings. But there is a small problem in power consumption: the process technology in Snapdragon 821 is 14 nm, and in the new Snapdragon 835 – 10 nm. When the load is high, the case gets a little warm, but not critical. The upcoming modish smartphone LG G7 will run on a latest Octa core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC powered by 7nm technology and Adreno GPU which will improve the performance having 30% faster efficiency than Snapdragon 835SoC.
The operating system in the G6 smartphone is Android version 7.0. On top of the proprietary shell LG UX 6.0. By the old good tradition, the new flagship received a new iteration of the user interface. The new UX 6.0 is now heavily tuned for customizing the appearance and organizing the display of a variety of menus. You can customize everything from the themes to the icons and the size of the desktop grid. According to the latest Korean reports, LG G7 is built on a new Android Version 8.0.
Among other interesting features of the LG G6 is worth noting own application for cleaning the system from garbage, a built-in utility for recording calls, a basket for applications from which you can restore accidentally deleted data and many other useful functions. The system supports widgets, setting up scrolling animations and various desktop options. Hope, upcoming LG G7 will follow the same path.
The LG G6 has a removable 3300 mAh battery. The battery does not impress the imagination with its size, but in a difficult minute, it will not let you down. With an intense load, the smartphone lives easily daylight and evening. In the normal mode of use, you can hold out until lunchtime the next day.
According to the rumors, LG G7 will hit the market with a super-power Non-removable LI-Ion 4000mAh battery capacity and will support the company’s fast charging Quick Charge 3.0.
In the movie playback mode (HD), the G6 battery will sit down after about 8 hours, in the game mode, the battery lasts about 4 hours, in the mode of playing the sound at the maximum volume – up to 45 hours. In contrary to this, the battery capacity in LG G7 will put a smile on your face. The LG G7 battery will last for more than two days plus fast charger charge G7 up to 100% in about less than one hour.
